The 1000 Building was introduced to Williams Island in 1990. It is a beautifully appointed building, directly on the Intracostal, overlooking Maul Lake. Each of the 321 Units has a magnificent view, including the Atlantic Ocean, Maul Lake, Downtown Miami, Williams Island, Aventura, and even Fort Lauderdale, depending on the location of the specific Unit. The 1000 building has the most residents of any building on Williams Island.
